We (the proprietor's of EJs Entertainment) reserve
the right to refuse entry to, or ask to leave our premises, any person/s
that we decide to be not suitable by way of, behaviour, attitude,
intoxication, consumers of illegal substances, or for any other reason
that we may deem to be applicable at the time. Any person/s invited
to enter our premises do so of their own free will and understand
that although we do provide a locked room for any personal belongings
of theirs, we do not guarantee the safety of those belongings and
in no way do we become responsible for those belongings or anything
else brought into our premises by them. Any Entry Fee's charged by
us are an admission fee only and are applied by us to cover any costs
incurred by us in the normal running of our business. The Entry Fee
only covers, after our permission, entry to our premises, the use
of the facilities that we provide and any refreshments or consumable's
that we may also provide. The Entry Fee does not cover, nor do we
provide, promise or make any guarantee of, any form of alcoholic beverage,
service, sexual service, or anything other than the entry coverage
as mentioned above in this statement. Payment of the Entry Fee does
not give any person/s any legal rights or entitlements to enter our
premises without our full permission. No person/s receive any form
of payment or are employed by us in any way for any form of sexual
service, personal service or any other adult related service.
